Products and Pricing

Rosecraft Models takes great care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at the time of uploading products to the website. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification.

Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards including paypal.

Standard Delivery

Delivery throughout Ireland (incl. Northern Ireland) is charged at a rate of €6.95. Delivery to UK and Europe is charged at a rate of €15.95.
Orders received before 12 noon (local time) to receive your order in 3 to 5 working days. (working days excl. weekends and bank holidays).

Free Delivery

Orders over €100 for delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland enjoy free delivery. Orders to UK and Europe are not eligible for this offer

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return any items, please use the contact us form on the website to inform us of your intention to return an item. Our customer service will contact you to deal with your request.

The following terms apply:

  • Do not return items until our customer service has been in contact with you
  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Goods must be returned in original packaging, in new condition with labels attached. Goods returned where the item or original packaging is damaged will not be eligible for a refund
  • Goods returned will be subject to a restocking charge of €3.00
  • The cost of returning the item will be borne by the buyer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Our stock is updated  daily on our website

Our stock is updated daily on our website, however during busy times we may occasionally run out of stock on popular items. We will contact you upon receipt of your order if the item you ordered is out of stock. We will endeavour to substitute the item with another item or give a partial refund where applicable.
